When having a clutch done mechanic did not replace rear seal, transmission blew up. Service manager says not his fault. Mechanic comes out and admits he saw rear seal leaking but he was working on the front so he didn't replace a $12.00 seal. Need to replace tranny.
Ray Price replaces tranny and 6 months later clutch goes again. Ray Price takes no responsibility and tells me I need new flywheel, etc. & I tell them that was all replaced with previous clutch. They want $1400 to do clutch again!! THIEVES!!!!!
They other gimmick is to write on bottom of work order "CUSTOMER REFUSED" for work they don't tell you to have. When you get there you have to make new appointment and pay for car to be re-examined. In addition they take no responsibility for previous work because you "REFUSED".
It seems the previous generations worked hard to build a business and customer relations. Sonny-boy went to College to learn how to maximize profits. Thier slogan should be it's all about the bottom-line. What's a customer.
